Terms of Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of project metadata, document ordering, and outputs generated from your workspace.

You must ensure you have the right to upload, process, and distribute documents submitted through the platform.

Submittal Stack is an operational tool for assembling and exporting documentation. It does not replace professional judgment, code compliance review, or approval authority on construction projects.

Generated packets reflect the documents and metadata you provide. Final submittal responsibility remains with your project team.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempts to disrupt service, access unauthorized data, upload malicious files, or violate applicable law.

We may suspend or restrict access when necessary to protect platform integrity, other customers, or legal obligations.

Paid plans, where applicable, are billed according to the subscription terms presented at purchase. Fees, renewal periods, and plan limits are defined in your order or account settings.

Failure to maintain payment may result in restricted access to paid features until the account is brought current.

Submittal Stack retains ownership of the platform, software, branding, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of documents and project content you upload.

You grant Submittal Stack a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.

We strive for reliable uptime and may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability.

Features may evolve over time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect core workflows.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where applicable.

No guarantee is made that outputs will meet every jurisdictional, contractual, or approval requirement without independent review by your team.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Submittal Stack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, where permitted by law.

Continued use of Submittal Stack after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
